I managed to knock out quite a bit today. The top skins were much easier to work with since I had already taken them off and put them back on several times now. The plans say to crimp the flanges with 2 holes. At first, I didn’t know if that would help any… it does make the holes in the skins line up a little better with the bulkheads. Also, the stiffeners were much easier to drill. I guess it was because I was drilling down, rather than sideways. The elevator stops and shoulder harness anchors went pretty quickly, as John did the drilling on those.
