I thought I’d try dimpling the rib flanges after I primed them this time. It seems to work pretty well. The process of applying the acetone I’ve been using (a paper towel) goes a whole lot better, as the dimpled holes tend to tear up the paper towel faster. The dimpling doesn’t seem to affect the primer too much when done after the fact.
